Job Title:Transportation Manager IIDepartment:Supply ChainCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:IndianaCity:IndianapolisFull/Part Time:Full timeJob Summary:Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the direct driver management and supervision of midsize driver count, ensuring safe and timely service movement of freight, load assignment, and providing best-in-class customer service. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and responsible for all driver compliance and company regulations while working with internal and external contacts to ensure the accurate planning, routing, monitoring, and delivery of freight and loads. The transportation manager must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility in scheduling to ensure operational success.
