Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant to provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and medical appointments, and to assist with general building maintenance throughout the community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of basic maintenance. Flexibility in hours and a professional attitude are essential for working with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and common tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Motor coordination and depth perception for driving and using tools.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant toberesponsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to various individual and group activities, functions, and medical appointments. The Transportation/Maintenance Assistant will also assist the Property Maintenance Technician with general building maintenance throughout the community.

What we're looking for:
