Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Management Consulting Manager to guide clients in the Industrial sector through reinvention. You will lead strategic advisory, build evidence-based roadmaps, and drive AI-enabled transformations in collaboration with the firm’s global network.

Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in consulting are required, with strong communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to: Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients.
• Results-driven, strong analytics mindset.
• Problem solving, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to all organization levels.

Responsibilities
