• Proven track record managing analytical projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support account management.
• Review service level agreements with vendors and customers to identify value opportunities.
• Concisely communicate assumptions, findings, and recommendations to teams.
• Query and analyze customer, logistics, and financial data from multiple sources.
• Perform quantitative analysis using advanced Excel and statistics.
• Support and maintain logistics software solutions used by KAG.
• Monitor service levels and contribute to ad hoc projects.
