The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and clear communication to optimize routes and meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience and a minimum of three years driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years’ related experience.
• Minimum of three years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily deliveries and pickups by geographic area and staff availability.
• Process additional deliveries as patient/referral requests are received.
• Respond to emergency delivery calls on a regular and on-call basis.
• Assign, direct, and coach staff; ensure timely departure and regulatory compliance.
