Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Transportation team to ensure timely, accurate processing and shipment of customer orders.
• Communicate daily shipping schedules with operations leadership and flag at-risk orders.
• Coordinate last-minute shipping requests and schedule pickups with the distribution team.
• Generate, organize, and maintain documentation and instructions related to customer orders.
• Monitor shipments and responses to routing requests using reporting tools.
• Collaborate with team members on logistics initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
