Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Inspection Division Manager to lead bridge and highway inspection projects across South Jersey.

This on-site role will oversee field staff and ensure quality control, reporting, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in transportation construction inspection, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with NJDOT standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with bridge and highway inspections is required.
• Transportation construction inspection and team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with NJDOT standards and procedures preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• PE, NICET or relevant inspection certifications are a plus.

Transportation Inspection Division Manager

A well-established engineering firm is seeking a Transportation Inspection Manager with experience in bridge and highway inspection to lead transportation infrastructure projects throughout South Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Manage bridge and highway inspection projects and field staff.

Oversee inspection reports, documentation, and quality control.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable DOT standards and project requirements.

Support project planning, scheduling, and staff development.

Qualifications:

Experience with bridge and highway inspections required.

Transportation construction inspection and team leadership experience.

Familiarity with NJDOT standards and procedures preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.

PE, NICET, or relevant inspection certifications are a plus.
