First-level vocational position located in the Traffic Engineering Division, accountable for technical work involving the least complex equipment operation and maintenance. Employees must be willing to work in the Central Region of the State. Employees may also be responsible for repairing traffic signals; installing and maintaining signs; applying herbicide, pesticide, and snow and ice chemicals; striping; traffic control; pothole patching; and responding to natural and man-made disasters.
