Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• A year of inspection experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform transportation construction inspections on various projects.
• Write daily inspection reports.
• Document contractor's work for payment.
• Verify traffic control devices and erosion control measures.

Skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Reliable means of transportation

Inspection of highways/bridges/traffic systems

Education

MDE Responsible Person Certification Card

SHA Erosion and Sediment Control (Yellow Card)

MD Temporary Traffic Control Manager

NICET Transportation, WACEL, ACI Concrete Field, NASSCO certification
