Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, disclosure optional and verifiable post-offer.
• 3–5 years direct policy/advocacy experience, with 2 years in a management role.
• Experience navigating legislative/regulatory processes for vulnerable populations.
• Ability to prepare well-organized reports and effective presentations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise program staff and oversee daily workflow.
• Lead policy research, develop reports and recommendations centered on equity.
• Build coalitions with community orgs, legislators, regulators and funders.
• Plan trainings, webinars, and convenings to raise awareness and action.
• Drive policy objectives within an equity framework and manage multiple projects.
