Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a civil engineering intern for our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will work with the Transportation Group on projects from local intersections to major interchange programs, gaining hands-on exposure from day one.

Must be pursuing a BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MicroStation/AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transportation Group on projects ranging from local intersections to major interchange programs.
• Support design tasks and daily project work.
• Gain exposure to a variety of transportation engineering disciplines from day one.
