Qualifications

BA/BS in Civil Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.
PE license within 12 months preferred.
Experience delivering roadway/ highway design for ODOT or state agencies.
Proficiency with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer and Bentley tools.
Familiarity with AASHTO, ODOT standards; strong communication across teams.
Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of transportation experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare roadway, highway, and transportation designs for municipal, county, and state projects.
Develop plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and supporting calculations.
Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets.
Assist with design reviews, QA/QC, and design documentation.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to project development activities.
