Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Driver Manager (Employee Relations) to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure service levels across logistics functions. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) proficiency required.
• Logistics industry knowledge is essential.
• Understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain components.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 06:00AM-02:00pm. Additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

Summary

The Transportation Driver Manager internally titled, Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
