• Ensure timely and efficient transportation services, minimizing delays and ensuring resident comfort and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate transportation needs and ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
