Care Resources is seeking a dedicated Transportation Driver in Lowell, MI to provide reliable transportation for participants using Care Resources vehicles. The role follows a fixed schedule, with occasional deliveries, and emphasizes safety and compassionate service.

The driver will handle boarding assistance, route adherence, and daily vehicle checks, contributing to a supportive care environment while maintaining participant confidentiality.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid Chauffeur’s License
• Clean driving record with proof of safety history
• Valid auto insurance
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and physical exam

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport participants to and from the center, appointments, and outings
• Assist participants with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices
• Follow all safety protocols and transportation regulations
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
• Keep vehicles clean and fueled per schedule
• Deliver items such as meals, medications, and supplies
• Support participants during center activities and meals
• Document routes, incidents, and participant updates accurately
• Communicate changes in participant condition to appropriate staff
• Attend required trainings and team meetings
• Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold Care Resources’ values

Transportation Driver | Care Resources | Lowell

Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday (no holidays or weekends)

Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Service Area: Lowell, MI

Care Resources is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Transportation Driver to join our Lowell team! In this role, you’ll provide reliable and courteous transportation for our participants using Care Resources vehicles, following assigned routes and appointment schedules. Occasional delivery services may also be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport participants to and from the center, appointments, and outings
• Assist participants with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices
• Follow all safety protocols and transportation regulations
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
• Keep vehicles clean and fueled per schedule

What You’ll Need
