Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate material donations and inventory operations through monitoring stock levels, forecasting future needs, sourcing donations, and managing the staff and vehicle resources necessary to ensure essential items reach those who need them most - our guests.

What You'll Do:

• Complete inventory audits, lead regular inventory meetings (Benchmarks), handle key material donations, and coordinate / assist warehouse operations and transportation in effective inventory management and key inventory needs.
• Administrate and make donation pickups / coordination with transportation for pickups of donations. Frequent heavy lifting is required and involved.
• Propose strategies to reduce/offset operations costs and improve procedures.
• Answer, coordinate, or re-route all incoming calls, donations and donors with material donations, providing follow-up with proper parties if needed.
• Oversee and schedule the pickup and delivery of people and materials.
• Oversee the daily operations of the 1700 E. 8th transportation employees.
• Oversee the daily vehicle safety checks, fluid levels (oil, anti-freeze, transmission fluid), driver’s daily logs for all transportation assigned vehicles and report any major fluid variations to Fleet & Car Ministry Supervisor.
