Job summary

Civil Science, Utah, seeks an experienced Transportation Design Project Manager to lead design projects from pursuit through delivery, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality while serving as the main point of contact for UDOT and municipal clients.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, providing technical oversight across roadway and traffic design, and contributing to business development within an employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Utah licensure required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant transportation design experience.
• Experience delivering DOT and/or municipal transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects from pursuit through delivery, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality and overall project performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide technical oversight across roadway and related transportation design efforts.
• Serve as primary contact for UDOT and municipal clients and help build client relationships while supporting business development.
