Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within one year (Project Engineer).
• PE license required for Senior Project Engineer/Manager (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver: Prepare plans, specs, and computations for roadway, drainage, and geometric design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other tools.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Problem Solve & Innovate: Research and resolve design and construction challenges, assist with environmental studies, permits, and schedules.
• Lead & Mentor: Senior candidates will manage projects, lead teams, and mentor junior staff.
• Grow & Develop: Contribute to learning, development, and meaningful infrastructure work across mobility, accessibility, and safety initiatives.
