What You’ll Do

Manage multiple projects and technical tasks, including directing and overseeing parallel tracks of work performed by others. Develop budgets and approaches for complex projects. Regularly serve as a resource to analysts and non-analysts around the firm on how to tackle complex analysis challenges. Develop scripts/software tools to solve novel and highly complex analysis and data management challenges. Coach and mentor junior staff on skills and projects.

Some job duties can be performed from home.

The salary range is $116,000 to $120,000 for this position.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Geography, Cartography, Data Science or related plus 2 years of experience in a Data Analysis or related occupation. Alternatively, the company will accept a Ph.D in Civil Engineering, Planning, Geography, Cartography, Data Science or related with 0 years of experience. Demonstrated knowledge through education or experience in:

• ARCGIS Scripting using Python
• Mapping
• Teaching/mentoring
