Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred.

• Willingness to work shift hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and backhaul freight assignments.
• Conduct tracking and tracing of deliveries.
• Perform accurate data entry across transportation systems.
