HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transportation CADD Technician I in Charlotte, NC. You will support a discipline under supervision, developing models and producing detailed BIM deliverables across transportation projects.

Ideal candidates will be technically proficient in 3D design software and BIM workflows, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Local candidates are preferred, with opportunities in multiple North Carolina locations.

Qualifications

• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits.
• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsabilités

• Work under the direct supervision of an Architect/Engineer or other technical professional.
• Assist in the development of the discipline model with input from Design staff.
• Create discipline models, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
• Model BIM elements in the correct constraints using current 3D software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams of the design.
• Maintain the discipline model with project information, coordinates, scales, and sheets.
