Role: Transportation and Warehousing Expert, a remote contractor position contributing to a dynamic project for a valued customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and regulations.
• Ability to articulate complex supply chain concepts in writing and speech.
• Detail-oriented review of data, workflows, and process docs.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tracking tools.
• Experience with multimodal transport networks.
• Strong collaboration for remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide detailed feedback on logistics, transportation, and warehousing scenarios to inform AI model development.
• Curate, review, and validate real-world data and documents relevant to supply chain, cargo management, dispatch operations, and freight movement.
• Develop clear written explanations of complex processes such as inventory management, distribution planning, and cargo routing.
• Evaluate system-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to logistics and warehousing best practices.
• Create domain-specific queries, case studies, or hypothetical scenarios that test AI reasoning in transportation and storage contexts.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams via precise written and verbal communication to ensure deliverable quality.
• Identify gaps in AI system knowledge and propose enhancements based on current industry standards and regulations.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Logistician, Supply Chain Manager, Transportation/Distribution Manager, Cargo and Freight Agent, or Dispatcher.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex supply chain concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing operational data, workflows, and process documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard logistics software, management systems, and tracking tools.
• Experience handling diverse cargo, distribution models, or multimodal transport networks.
• Strong collaborative skills for remote project participation and feedback exchange.
