Job summary

SafePlace Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dependable Facilities & Transportation support to oversee basic vehicle documentation and minor facility maintenance coordination between the office and group homes. This is a hands-on, support-level role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle upkeep and general maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete checklists.
• Comfortable traveling between office and group homes.
• Good communication and reliability.
• Must pass background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transportation logs and vehicle documentation.
• Track vehicle maintenance (oil changes, inspections, repairs).
• Report and assist with basic plumbing, AC, and heater issues.
• Coordinate minor repairs for office and group homes.
• Conduct routine checks of vehicles and facilities.
• Communicate maintenance needs to leadership.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
• Perform other basic support duties as assigned.
