Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Transport Engineer for a hybrid Denver, CO or NJ role. The candidate will support transport networks, perform architecture tasks, troubleshoot faults, and assist with fiber deployment and equipment turn-up.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in telecom/transport network engineering with proven design, deployment, and troubleshooting capabilities. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hybrid work and potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transport/network engineering.
• Strong ability to design and troubleshoot transport networks.
• Experience with fiber deployment and equipment provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement transport network architectures.
• Troubleshoot faults and isolate issues in live networks.
• Support fiber deployment, provisioning, and turn-up activities.
• Contribute to telecom/transport engineering projects.
