PepsiCo in Lima, OH is seeking a Part Time Local Tractor-Trailer Driver to deliver finished products or raw materials within a 275-mile radius and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will maintain DOT logs, perform pre/post trip inspections, and be home daily.
Requirements include a valid US CDL Class A with Non-Excepted Interstate Status, DOT physical and road test, and a clean driving record. Weekend work may be required; 21+ years old with DOT regulations knowledge is essential.

Position drives a tractor/trailer truck to make local regional deliveries (up to 275-mile radius) of predominantly finished products or raw materials/supplies to company distribution and manufacturing centers. Obtains proper authorization for all deliveries/pick-ups. Inspects vehicle for proper and safe operating conditions before and after each trip. Must maintain a DOT driver's log and adhere to all DOT regulations.
Position requires working tractor/trailer components, including bending and cranking landing gear as well as climbing in and out of cabs and sitting for extended periods of time. This is no touch freight work, and driver will be home daily.
Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public – following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety. A conditional offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. In addition, the Company will verify your education, employment history, and motor vehicle or driving history (if applicable to this role).
