Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Position requires working tractor/trailer components, including bending and cranking landing gear as well as climbing in and out of cabs and sitting for extended periods of time (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor/trailer to make long-distance pick-ups and deliveries of finished products and materials/supplies.
• Check and/or assist in the loading and unloading of the trailer, ensuring product is handled safely.
• Obtain proper authorization for all deliveries and pick-ups and maintain required transport documentation.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure proper and safe operating conditions.
• Maintain a DOT drivers log, follow all DOT regulations, and ensure the safety and compliance of each load, including driving in adverse weather and staying overnight when required.
