Compass Group USA, a leader in foodservice and facilities operations, is seeking a full-time Transport Driver for the SSF Commissary in South San Francisco. This role involves delivering products using a company vehicle along a fixed route, with shift options 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer-service skills, plus the ability to complete logs and reports while maintaining safety and punctuality on every run.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills service/quality focused to meet a wide range of needs.
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Responds to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time delivery goals.
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Completes necessary logs and reports.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Resolves or reports vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Location: SSF Commissary - 1080 San Mateo Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Note: online applications acceptedonly.
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous commercial vehicle driving experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $22.00per hour to$24.00per hour.

Job Summary

Working as a member of the transportation team, this individual will use a company-owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route.
