Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Transport Driver in Hot Springs, AR to reliably transport Mountain Valley® Spring Water to and from our local plant. This is a local, home-daily driving role essential to maintaining our supply chain and ensuring product quality.

The role offers a Day Shift starting at 4:00am and 11:00am with a 6%-8% shift differential. Company benefits include health, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and extensive employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement preferred or required at time of hire.
• Minimum two years commercial tractor/semi-trailer driving experience, 100,000+ GVW preferred.
• Clean MVR with no disqualifying offenses.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes and safety instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and plant personnel.
• Complete all required DOT documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company requirements.
• Follow company water quality testing procedures.
• Load and unload trailers safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and inventory.

We are seeking a Transport Driver to play a vital role in our operations by safely and reliably transporting The Mountain Valley® Spring Water to and from our local plant and factories. This is a local, home‑daily driving role that is essential to keeping our internal supply chain moving, preserving product quality, and ensuring our iconic water is delivered with the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Factory Location: Hot Springs, AR
Compensation: $25.00 / hour
Shift differential:6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedules/Shifts:Day Shift: 4:00am and 11:00am start time

Responsibilities

• Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed

• Load and unload trailers safely

• Operate forklift safely to unload and reload trailer with company products.
• Be courteous, outgoing, and always maintain a professional image
• Protect company assets by securing product loads before and during transport
• Understand and maintain load and freight weight requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Transportation Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Tanker endorsement preferred or required at the time of hire
• Minimum two years commercial tractor / semi- trailer driving experience, minimum 100,000-pound GVW preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Only one license held, no DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accidents, driving-related suspensions, revocations, or cancellations; disqualifying offenses; or reckless driving incidents
• Ability to read and interpret information such driving routes, safety rules, sales tickets, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, climb ladders, walk all day, and move/lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in several types of weather
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and/or pallet jack preferred
