Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group seeks a reliable Transport Driver to move residents safely and on time, using our fleet. You will plan routes, assist passengers, and keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.

Must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record; familiarity with GPS and local roads is essential. Weekend and night shifts may be required. We provide training and competitive pay, with a compassionate care team supporting you.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience as a Driver preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS devices.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to work weekends and nights.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Ensure residents arrive at their appointments in a timely manner.
• Assist residents with getting onto the transport vehicle.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues as appropriate.
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car as appropriate.

Transport Driver

We are looking for a Driver to transport residents in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don't need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.
