Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a Transport Driver to move finished goods between a Production Center and Distribution Centers in Ebensburg, PA. You will operate company trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure safe, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL with a clean driving record, are familiar with DOT regulations, and can operate dollies, pallet jacks, and industrial power trucks. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., home daily with local routes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a 2/4 wheel dolly and industrial power trucks.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and maintain a valid Class A license.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport finished goods between production facilities and warehousing facilities.
• Transport goods between facilities as required.
• Load and unload using forklift or pallet jacks; connect/disconnect trailers at destination.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading and other paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle, product, and equipment to company standards.
• Follow company safety procedures and check-in/check-out processes.

Summary

The Transport Driver is responsible for transporting finished goods from a Production Center or Distribution Center to other Distribution Centers. As with all of our drivers, the Transport is expected to fulfill the job duties in a professional, compliant, safe and timely manner.

Shift

Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Transports Trailers from Ebensburg DC to Dubois DC with a company Truck.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving and transporting finished goods from the production facility to warehousing facilities.
• Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities.
• Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at the destination.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers.
• Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required.
• Maintain vehicle, product, and equipment to company standards.
• Follow established check-in/ check-out processes for loads that are being hauled.
• Ensure driving habits are in line with LYTX system targets.
• Intended to prevent load shift resulting in damaged product.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

• High School - GED diploma preferred.
• 1-3 general work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a 2/4 wheel dolly.
• Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks.
• Familiar with DOT regulations.
• Valid Class A and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
