Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing at an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure and understanding of the transportation industry.
• Participate in daily transportation brokerage activities; verify carrier authenticity and maintain shipment records.
• Monitor freight movement to uphold service expectations.
• Observe market trends, pricing strategies, and capacity challenges to support carrier negotiations.
• Learn about the technology and tools used to streamline workflows and load management.
