Geisinger is seeking a dedicated Clerical Associate for the BP3 Advanced Acute Care Medical Transplant Unit. The role involves performing a range of clerical duties in a patient care environment, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Schedule features three 12-hour day shifts (7:00am - 7:30pm) per week, plus a Monday-Friday orientation (7:00am - 3:30pm). High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training provided; Geisinger supports professional growth and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality and strong attendance

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties in a patient care environment
• Participates in patient safety education programs
• Ensures appropriate bed assignment and timely notifications
• Processes admissions, transfers, discharges, and deaths
• Transcribes and processes orders according to unit standards
• Collaborates with care team and coordinates patient transports and communications
