Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing and active RN license in Florida.
New graduate nurses welcome; clinical rotations in acute care.
Experienced nurses: prior RN experience in acute/critical care or emergency.
Experience with rapid clinical decision-making in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care based on comprehensive assessment of patient needs.
Develop, implement, document, and communicate plans of care; monitor patient status.
Maintain safe environment and comply with infection control and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives.
Serve as charge nurse or preceptor when assigned; maintain competencies and training.
