Job summary

New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking applicants for the ACGME-Accredited Transplant Nephrology Fellowship starting July 1, 2027. This one-year program provides comprehensive training at one of the nation's premier transplant centers.

Fellows gain intensive clinical and research experience, work with world‑renowned nephrologists and surgeons, and contribute to a program that performs over 250 transplants annually.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year ACGME-accredited Nephrology Fellowship prior to program start date.
• Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology.
• Visa sponsorship limited to J-1 visas sponsored by the ECFMG; H-1B or other employment-based visas are not sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and research training in transplant nephrology.
• Collaborate with transplant teams including surgeons, pathologists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
