Mayo Clinic in Arizona seeks a Registered Nurse for 5 East to deliver expert nursing care across the transplant-focused unit. You will coordinate patient care, educate families, and support transitions from admission through discharge, aligned with the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model.

You will lead with strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment, hold an active RN license in Arizona, and maintain BLS competency; flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program with ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognition.
• If educated with an ADN, Mayo Clinic requires at least 1 year RN or LPN Mayo experience.
• Must hold current Arizona RN license and BLS competency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care, educate patients/families, and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership within Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and participate in quality improvement.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, acuity, and available resources.
