Qualifications

• RN with a baccalaureate nursing degree and state RN license.
• Experience in healthcare settings; transplant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and mentor within professional nursing practice.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level and resources.
• Engage in quality improvement and participate in committees.
