Job summary

Jackson Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse for the Transplant Inpatient unit in Miami. This part-time role offers benefits and rotating 7:00 am to 7:00 pm shifts, including weekends. The CSN will deliver high-quality patient care, perform nursing assessments, and coordinate care with the multifaceted transplant team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, an A.N. degree in Nursing, and Florida RN licensure.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred for transplant unit.
• Minimum 1–3 years of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in transplant inpatient unit.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, and coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient observations.
• Adhere to infection-control and safety procedures.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Supervise assigned staff as charge nurse when needed.
