Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Weston, Florida, is seeking an experienced transplant intensivist to join the Transplant ICU team. The physician will provide comprehensive critical care across the transplant continuum, from pre-transplant assessment to postoperative management in a high-acuity setting.

We welcome board-certified or board-eligible physicians, including surgically trained clinicians who have gravitated toward critical care, with transplant ICU experience or training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ACGME-accredited residency and critical care fellowship training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care.
• Transplant ICU experience or training preferred.
• American Board for Transplant Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care across the transplant continuum.
• Perform pre-transplant evaluation and medical optimization.
• Manage complex postoperative care for high-acuity transplant patients.
