Baylor Scott & White Health – Temple, TX is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist with Hepatology interest to join our academic-oriented team. The role emphasizes liver transplant patients, teaching fellows, and collaboration with leaders at Dallas.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; TX license by start date
• Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology; Transplant Hepatology certification or transplant experience is a plus
• Academic teaching/mentoring of fellows and APPs expected
• Ability to manage both clinic and procedural duties; participate in liver transplant program development

Responsabilités

• Teach and supervise GI fellows and APPs
• Provide general GI care with focus on hepatology and liver transplant patients
• Balance clinic and procedures with a 1:12 on-call rotation
• Collaborate with department chair and hepatology leadership on satellite transplant program development
• Engage in opportunities for teaching, leadership, and career advancement
