Job summary

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a BC/BE gastroenterologist with hepatology/transplant hepatology training to join our liver disease and transplant program.

You will provide comprehensive hepatology care and participate in teaching, research, and clinical trials while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to program development and growth.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Gastroenterology and BE/BC Transplant Hepatology are required.
• Interest in teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows.
• Unrestricted Michigan MD/DO license and active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hepatology care and transplant hepatology responsibilities for pre- and post-liver transplant patients.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in teaching, rounds, tumor board, and clinical trials.
• Involve in inpatient consults and hospital rounds; contribute to research and program development.
