Job summary

Outcome Logix is seeking an experienced Identity Platform Engineer to design, develop, configure, and support secure customer onboarding and login experiences for banking apps, using Transmit Security and Mosaic platforms.

You will partner with cybersecurity, digital banking, fraud, and application development teams to implement MFA, passkeys, and adaptive authentication, while ensuring compliance with security standards and robust user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years Transmit Core Development experience.
• 10+ years software development experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, IAM, or cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement authentication and identity solutions using Transmit Security.
• Build and maintain customer identity journeys, registration flows, login flows, MFA enrollment, and account recovery processes.
• Integrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications.
• Configure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies.
• Support passkey and passwordless authentication initiatives.
• Collaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams to improve customer security and user experience.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents.
• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards.
• Create technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards.

Position Summary

Design, develop, configure, and support customer identity and authentication solutions leveraging the Transmit Security and Mosaic Platforms.
