The role offers top pay, $35.00–$50.00+ per hour, plus full benefits, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture. ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with transmission diagnostics and repair required.
• Ability to rebuild automatic and manual transmissions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing procedures.
• Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions.
• Perform teardown, inspection, and reassembly of transmission systems.
• Address drivability concerns related to transmission performance.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership standards for repairs and warranty work.
