Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in high-voltage transmission or substation construction? Looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of meaningful projects, work with an established utility infrastructure team, and make a real impact on the reliability of the electrical grid?
We're hiring Transmission & Substation Project Managers to support a major, long-standing electric utility infrastructure program.
This isn't a position where you'll simply track schedules and attend meetings. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from initial planning through construction and completion, working alongside experienced engineering, construction, and utility professionals.
You'll support a variety of high-voltage infrastructure improvements, including substation rebuilds, equipment upgrades, breaker replacements, and transmission line projects.
With projects ranging from $250K to $50M, you'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of work while helping modernize critical electrical infrastructure.
What Makes This Opportunity Worth Exploring?
- Long-Term Opportunity: Contract through January 2028, supporting an established utility program with potential for continued work.
- Meaningful Projects: Help modernize and improve the reliability of high-voltage transmission and substation infrastructure.
- Project Ownership: Take responsibility for your projects from planning and budgeting through construction, energization, and closeout.
- Variety of Work: Manage multiple projects involving different scopes, equipment, contractors, and construction challenges.
- Established Team: Work alongside experienced engineering, construction, and utility professionals.
- Office & Field Balance: Spend approximately 80% of your time in the office and 20% visiting project sites.
