Qualifications

• The engineer has typically acquired a Bachelor’s degree in engineering in an ABET-accredited program with 2+ years of related engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering may be considered for entry at this level.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology acceptable with PE license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope Transmission Line projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and supervise routine engineering tasks.
• Design foundation types and perform wire tension/clearance assessments.
• Evaluate geotechnical reports and apply standards in project work.
