Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree in engineering may be considered for entry.
• EIT certification or licensure progress preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope transmission line projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Select and evaluate transmission structure types.
• Review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations.
• Design transmission structure foundations.
• Perform conductor tension, sag, and clearance evaluations.
• Develop transmission line designs using PLS-CADD.
• Support project scheduling, cost estimating and execution.
