Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of transmission line AD proposals.
• Review AD project intel and evaluate technical project risks.
• Interface with construction contractors during project pursuits.
• Assist in project risk assessments, proposals, and negotiations.
• Perform technical resource planning and workload forecasting.
• Serve in project technical leadership roles.
• Implement measures to mitigate technical risks.
• Develop templates and standards for AD projects.
• Mentor and lead teams within the transmission team.
• Collaborate with HDR leaders to deliver quality engineering services.
