HDR is seeking a national Transmission EPC Project Engineering Lead within our Power Delivery Practice to drive technical bid development, estimating, and the transition from pursuit to execution for transmission EPC projects across utility, renewable and data-center markets.
You will lead pursuit efforts as champion, coordinate with HDR leads and partners on risk analysis, routing, design, and value engineering, and guide front-end engineering and team development.

HDR is seeking a national Transmission EPC Project Engineering Lead within our Power Delivery Practice to be part of our national Alternative Delivery (AD) Leadership Team. The role focuses on technical bid development, estimating, and transitioning projects from pursuit to execution for transmission EPC projects in the utility, developer, renewable, battery or data‑center markets.
