You will assist in developing design parameters, standards, and studies, contributing to real-world infrastructure projects with mentoring from engineers. This onsite position requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to work in the United States legally for any length of time.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams, marketing, business development, and technical support.
  • Development of transmission line design parameters, technical design and project review
  • Development of transmission standards and specifications, preparation of studies and reports.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of data from reports, maps, drawings, and aerial photographs to plan and design projects.
  • Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, materials lists, permits and designs for projects.
  • Assists designers/technicians to reduce designs to working drawings. Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
