Qualifications

• Experience estimating transmission, distribution, substation, or utility-scale electrical construction projects.
• Ability to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
• Experience preparing and presenting complete bid packages independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for transmission, distribution, and underground electrical construction projects.
• Review RFP packages, specifications, and project documentation.
• Perform material and labor take-offs.
