Job summary
Think Power Solutions seeks a skilled Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and conformance to design specs across upgrades and new substations.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years in transmission line and substation work, with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Requirement includes a valid driver’s license and US work eligibility; on-site work in various sites is
Qualifications
- 6+ years of transmission line and substation experience
- Experience in utility industry preferred
- Proficient with design drawings and contract compliance
- Valid driver's license required
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Oversee contractor performance on electric transmission projects
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and safety standards
- Monitor progress of substation upgrades and new substations
- Identify issues affecting schedule, cost, or safety and resolve them
- Provide guidance on drawings and construction applications
- Mentor junior TCRs and share best practices
- Support owner standards and safety requirements
